About Analyzer 360

We turn the documents a credit decision rests on — bank statements, CIBIL, GST, ITR — into analysis a lender can act on, without the afternoon in a spreadsheet.

What Analyzer 360 is

Analyzer 360 reads financial documents and turns them into analysis. Bank statements, CIBIL reports, GST records and income tax returns go in; a structured, lender-ready report comes out — categorised cashflow, verified balances, income trends and a risk view — in minutes rather than an afternoon.

It is a working tool rather than a demo. The same platform handles the upload, the parsing, the credits that pay for it, the team that shares the account, and the archive you re-download the report from six weeks later.

The problem it was built for

A six-month bank statement is a PDF that was never meant to be read by a machine. Every bank lays it out differently, half of them arrive as scans or photographs, many are password-protected, and the numbers only mean something once you have checked that the balance column actually adds up from the first row to the last.

Credit teams do this by hand, into a spreadsheet, under time pressure, for every applicant. It is slow, it is the least interesting part of the job, and a transposed digit in it is the kind of mistake that reaches a credit committee.

How a statement becomes a report

  • Recognise it. The platform identifies which bank and which of that bank's layouts the file uses, rather than guessing at columns.
  • Read it. Native PDFs are parsed directly. Scans, photographs and layouts we have not met before go through an AI model that can read a table off an image.
  • Check it. Every transaction is replayed against the running balance, so a row that has been misread shows up as a break in the chain instead of a plausible wrong answer.
  • Analyse it. Transactions are categorised, inflows and outflows summarised, and the patterns a lender cares about — bounced payments, circular transfers, month-end balances — surfaced.
  • Report it. The result is a PDF you can put in front of a credit committee, plus the underlying data.

The checking step is the one worth dwelling on. Any tool can produce a number; the difference is whether it can tell you when that number is wrong.

Who uses it

NBFCs and lenders underwriting retail and business loans, DSAs and loan consultants preparing files, chartered accountants and finance teams making sense of a client's accounts. The platform is built around accounts with several people on them, because credit work is a team's work — one balance of credits, one archive of reports, and a shared support history rather than a conversation that disappears when a colleague is on leave.

What we will not do

  • We do not train models on your documents. Not ours, and — under their business terms — not the AI providers we send unreadable scans to.
  • We do not sell your data or share it for advertising, and we run no third-party analytics, ad or session-recording trackers on this site.
  • We do not pretend the analysis is a decision. It is a decision aid. The lending call, and the responsibility for it, stays with you.
  • We do not keep documents indefinitely. Uploads and reports are deleted on a retention window you can read in the Privacy Policy.

These are not aspirations for a later version. They describe how the platform is built today, and the Security page says how.

Where we are

We operate from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the platform is built for Indian lending: Indian bank formats, CIBIL, GSTIN and ITR, amounts in rupees, and obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Analyzer 360 is a brand rather than a separately incorporated company. When that changes, the registered entity and office will be named here and in our policies, because an incorporated seller has to publish both.
